A Very Thorough Explanation...

This e-book is wonderful in the way the author gave very thoughtful layout in explaining the health benefits of all the ingredients listed. They sectioned the recipe book into subcategories (ie detoxing, breakfast smoothies, quick prep smoothies, green smoothies). And for a few of them the ingredients list isn't too odd, or extremely long. I have yet to make anything from the recipe book but I commend it for being so thorough in explaining the health benefits for all of its ingredients in a concise and accurate manner.
